HARPER´S BAZAAR AWARDS
In which the inspiring vision of the world of characters from fashion, art, culture is rewarded ... and you have an Attitude?
It has been exciting to design this award inspired by the magazine. I want to share with you the motivations that have led me to design this piece. Harper's Bazaar, a pioneer of women's magazines, knew before anyone else how to make art with the essence of femininity.
.The circle is the great protagonist of my collections. It defines me. Beyond my initial, I am very attracted to this symbol that we find in all cultures and civilizations. Having no beginning or end, neither above nor below, it symbolizes equality, eternity, perfection. It represents the most feminine essence and the birth of a new attitude, a solidarity movement between men and women that travels the world and pushes social changes to achieve equality.
In jewelry and in my life I create what I love the most. I have always been fascinated by Dalí's jewels and his thoughts on them:
"My pieces were not conceived to remain in a vault. They were created to please the eye, uplift the soul, awaken the imagination and express convictions."
