Each piece is handcrafted and subject to high quality standards, therefore, it comes with an exchange guarantee for manufacturing defects. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by neglect. We do not exchange or refund parts or money unless the problem is due to manufacturing defects.
You have three calendar days after the item has been delivered by the courier to make a return. You must send an email to ventas@olgaprieto.com stating the reason for the return. All exchanges and returns must be authorized by Olga Prieto.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, you can receive a refund of the amount paid via an electronic wallet or in exchange for another product of similar value.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in new, unused condition and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. If the item is damaged in transit, it may not be accepted for return.
If your item is damaged due to wear and tear, accidents, or other damage caused by you or someone else, please email us and we will assess the cost of repair. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
