Our packaging
All purchases are gift-wrapped. Our boxes and bags are handcrafted, beige with a black logo, and scented with green tea.
Each package includes a card detailing the piece's history, origin, and care instructions. For gifts, you can add a personalized message at checkout.
Care guide
All our pieces are washed with lemon first and then soap and water.
Click and learn how to take care of your pieces
Take the piece in your hands and apply a few drops of lemon, rub with your fingers. Remove the lemon with water and then wash with soap and water. Finally, dry the piece very well. This is vital to keep your piece in the best condition.
Don't use any cleaning products, just wash them.
Store the pieces separately in their bags to avoid scratches, bumps and rust. Remember, oxygen equals rust.
Avoid contact with water, salt water, chlorine, makeup, oils, lotions, shampoos and perfumes.
Please note that everyone is different and sometimes your skin may react differently to some materials. pH can cause some skin to darken in contact with metals.

Returns & Exchanges
Each piece is handcrafted and subject to high quality standards, therefore, it comes with an exchange guarantee for manufacturing defects. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by neglect. We do not exchange or refund parts or money unless the problem is due to manufacturing defects.
You have three calendar days after the item has been delivered by the courier to make a return. You must send an email to ventas@olgaprieto.com stating the reason for the return. All exchanges and returns must be authorized by Olga Prieto.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, you can receive a refund of the amount paid via an electronic wallet or in exchange for another product of similar value.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in new, unused condition and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. If the item is damaged in transit, it may not be accepted for return.
If your item is damaged due to wear and tear, accidents, or other damage caused by you or someone else, please email us and we will assess the cost of repair. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
